Role and Responsibility
Cadence internships play a critical role in bringing new creative ideas to Cadence and assisting us in our quest to solve cutting-edge technical challenges. Interns are part of a project team and are expected to learn tools, processes, and related technologies that are relevant in the workplace. Trainees are assigned mentors/managers who provide ongoing support and guidance throughout this learning process. During this training, trainees are given the opportunity to do some hands-on assignments to learn how to operate the actual tools. You will also learn the nuances of teamwork and the corporate world.
From day one at Cadence, apprentices are expected to develop high-performance skills. They are encouraged and supported to take responsibility for their learning and to take full advantage of these opportunities to learn and develop their skills.
