Eligibility Criteria In Amazon Summer Internship Program 2023
Diploma. MBA desired.
Experience dealing with people. Experience working with a team is highly desirable.
Preferably experience managing hands-on work (where decisions have to be made on the spot and immediate action taken).
Knowledge of city topography and road networks is an added advantage
Role and Responsibility Amazon Summer Internship Program 2023
Define, build, and execute delivery processes from delivery stations to customer addresses
Make sure there is sufficient bandwidth in the area delivery team to handle delivery management at peak times
Work closely with delivery teams, including employees, and develop and nurture a highly motivated and loyal team
performance-oriented team.
Continuously improve shipping processes and achieve sustainable shipping efficiencies through those processes
and training improvement. Initiate improvements to raise quality standards, and reduce and eliminate waste
and unnecessary work.
Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance
Implement formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen
