Role And Responsibility In Customer Support Internship With Sprinto
- Help implement processes to ensure everyone on the team adheres to them.
- Collect daily/weekly data from our CRM system and make sure everyone in the team practices good hygiene.
- Follow up and report to appropriate stakeholders as instructed.
