Job Description voice-
This Associate and Senior Associate role for the International and Domestic Voice Process involve phone calling with customers either through inbound telemarketing or outbound telemarketing. Basically, you would have to assist customers and help them solve their queries. You also have to handle client information with sensitivity and end to end transaction of reports.
Salary for the post:
- Salary is ₹1,50,000-2,50,000 PA. It can be more as well based on amount of work.
