- Collect and study information about customers, sales trends, products, and services to guide our future business and marketing plans
- Conduct primary and secondary user persona research across edtech, NPS, and competitive analysis categories
- Use your experience in consumer opinion collection methods to design, manage, and interpret surveys, experiments, focus groups, surveys, market research, sales data, and more.
- Work with business analysts to translate user data into actionable, actionable information that can help us change or revise our products, services, marketing strategy, or sales tactics
