Eligibility Criteria
Candidate Graduate from any stream and any University
Roles and Responsibility
Excellent communication skills to handle/resolve customer issues via call/chat/email.
• Experience using ticketing tools such as Service now, Remedy, and control M is an added advantage
• Learn how to complete requests using language skills for VPN, drivers, Office 365, driver installation, and Active Directory
• General knowledge of cross-platform operating system support and basic network concepts, cloud computing
• Productivity applications such as Microsoft Office tools.
• Open to working 24*7 and working in an office environment
• Analytical problem solver who understands problems and solves customer problems
• Problem-solving and quick-thinking skills to handle and solve customer problems independently, thoroughly, and effectively
• Be proactive and show maximum respect for the customer’s time
• Good time management to ensure all customer interactions add value
