Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor of Engineering with MBA OR Bachelor of Commerce with MBA
- 3-4 years of industry experience
- Proven experience in leading big projects 04) Founder of start-ups or working in start-ups as one of the first preferred employees
- Previous experience in investment brokerage, incubator preferred
Role and Responsibility
- Identify and select potential incubators/startups for the incubation program
- Analyze the financial reports, forecasts, and funding needs of each potential startup
- Assisting startups with strategy, business plan development, market analysis, company registration
- Understand startup needs and build mentoring relationships through mentoring groups
- Define deliverables and timelines, and track commissioning progress
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, government agencies, and service companies
- Promote Amrita TBI to attract the best startups and help build and shape brand image
- Ability to self-direct and execute projects 09) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
- Very good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
