Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
Role and Responsibility In GE Recruitment Financial Analyst
Work with global FP&A and control teams to design and implement lean close and reporting processes.
Work directly with finance teams and key FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, targets, and business overviews.
Maintain annual operating plan and prepare strategic review with sound business operation factors.
Develop financial models to measure operational performance and collaborate with teams to implement FP&A best practices
Develop executive reporting and dashboards for regular reporting on business performance, forecast contribution margin developments and identify risks to operating profit targets.
Dive deeper into financial data and become a subject matter expert for additional insight.
Create presentations that provide in-depth analysis, identify required actions, and effectively articulate the decisions to be made.
Identify and investigate year-to-year estimates, budget, and cost variances and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, and Hyperion) and business intelligence tools
Commitment to flexible working hours to meet with US-based business partners when necessary
General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
Experience in developing financial reports and key figures
Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels of management
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment
Good Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while keeping the big picture in mind
Demonstrate the ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
Proven ability to manage projects across the organization
