Role and Responsibility As Customer Service Representative at Thermo Fisher

Perform order management activities for the assigned region using the application used by the function
Ensure compliance with organizational procedures, policies, and systems.
Ensuring KPIs/SLAs are met
Adhere to the daily order processing time as per set TAT guidelines
Ensure compliance with all defined internal/external processes
Proactively escalate issues that have the potential to disrupt business processes

Preferred Skill

Requires good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Very detail oriented with good accuracy
Ability to work under pressure
Flexible for night shift
