- 60% of all SSCs HSC, Graduation, and PGP/MBA (if any)
Applicants must not have active deposits (unprocessed exams)
Candidates must have completed all academic courses (below graduation/postgraduate) within the stipulated study period (eg: B.A./ B.Com./ B.Sc. for 3 years or B.E./B.Tech. for 4 years and MBA / PGDM after 2 years)
Candidate must be willing to travel and be posted anywhere in India in offices, project sites, etc.

Role and Responsibility
- Identify and control workplace hazards and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Understanding of TSHMS principles, risk assessment, JSA, methodological instructions, and fire safety risk mitigation plan implementation
- Engage and influence employees/contractors and train safety personnel so that they can successfully carry out their duties under the TSHMS and comply with set objectives.

- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, EPM, TBEM & S+5S.
- A site audit should be conducted to verify and confirm that all hazards have been identified and the control measures outlined in the HIRA/JSA have been implemented at the site.
- Share best practices and guide teams in implementation.
- Coordinate and conduct factory/site inspections and audits on schedule.
- Team participation and encouragement in 5S implementation, improvement implementation for TBEM, BCDMP, etc.
- Readiness test of fire alarms and fire systems.
- Design and conduct health, safety, and fire fighting training. Maintain MIS records related to training, safety observations, audits, inspections, accidents, incidents, near misses, etc.
- Organizing campaigns/campaigns/competitions/thematic safety competitions related to health, safety, and fire safety and organizing safety committee meetings.
- Implement and drive security initiatives in the company.
- Follow up with action owners to ensure closure of audit findings, safety observations and CAPAs.
- Coordination and implementation of on-site safety instructions and training based on identified training needs.
- Analyze trends and performance, provide regular feedback, and drive action to improve performance.
- To ensure compliance with PPE and other safety requirements.
- Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and control the effort required to achieve them.
- to enable them to successfully carry out their duties under TSHMS and to support specific goals.
