Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; may have up to 2 years relevant experience.
Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support to customers, customer service representatives, and field service representatives for system and product issues. Work with customers and company personnel to define technical issues, define solutions, and assist customers in implementing improvements. Provide technical feedback to engineers on product changes/improvements. Can support 3rd party products and be called onsite to assist with complex technical solutions that require changes to core functionality, code, and system operations. Create diagnostic tests, tools, and procedures for use by product support personnel. Can check the quality of product technical documentation. Use post-sale customer interactions to explore and qualify for additional revenue opportunities. Can book transactional opportunities and get highly qualified sales leads.
