Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experience

- Experience in advocating customer needs
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage customer issues by effectively diagnosing, resolving, or implementing new investigative tools to increase productivity on customer issues across Google Cloud Platform products
- Develop a deep understanding of Google product technology and underlying architecture by troubleshooting, reproducing, determining the root cause of customer-reported issues, and building tools for faster diagnosis
- Act as a consultant and subject matter expert to internal engineering stakeholders and commercial client organizations to overcome technical barriers to implementing and improving Google Cloud
- Work as part of a team of engineers/consultants providing 24/7 worldwide customer support
- Understand customer issues and engage with cross-functional teams, such as B. Product and engineering teams, addressing their needs to find ways to improve products and drive quality manufacturing
