Job Summary
- Identify and implement improvement projects that impact quality, cost, and productivity.
- Understand the full scope and objectives of the project. Ability to handle 2-3 managerial tasks at the same time.
- Work with various stakeholders and process owners to ensure a proactive and smooth flow of communication.
- Ability to identify risks, and develop, implement and complete mitigation plans.
- Out-of-the-box thinking, ability to conceptualize new solutions using process improvement technologies and techniques.
- Manage weekly conference calls with CFT, prepare MOM, and close MOM points by tracking the person in charge/owner in a timely manner.
- Project data mining and project data analysis
- Documentation/management information system
- Take on responsibilities delegated by manager/supervisor
