Graduate and any PG from any stream.
Roles and Responsibility
- Handle and resolve customer complaints/questions by telephone
- Provide customers with relevant information about products and services
- Cross-selling various banking products to customers via telephone
Preferred Skill
- Fluency in spoken English & Hindi language
- Open to working in rotational shifts
Experience
Graduates with 0 – 4 years experience and good communication skills.
