Eligibility Criteria

Graduate and any PG from any stream.

Roles and Responsibility

• Handle and resolve customer complaints/questions by telephone
• Provide customers with relevant information about products and services
• Cross-selling various banking products to customers via telephone

Preferred Skill

• Fluency in spoken English & Hindi language
• Open to working in rotational shifts

Experience

Graduates with 0 – 4 years experience and good communication skills.
