Selection Process
The Diploma (Technician) selection process at Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) is as follows:
- Only candidates residing in Kerala will be considered for the Graduate Apprentice (Technician) position at Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL).
- The list of candidates for the Graduate (Technician) Internship Selection at CSL is based on the percentage of grades achieved in the required major qualifications applicable to the respective diploma discipline.
- If the same percentage score is achieved by more than one candidate with the required qualifications, the relative merit will be determined by age.
- Candidates selected for pre-selection certificate review must carry original certificates proving age, qualifications, caste, disability (if any), etc. and self-certified copies of all such test certificates and their applications will be considered on the basis of the original certificates.
- If the original certificate is not submitted, the application will be rejected.
- Candidates who successfully pass the certification exam will be temporarily considered for selection against a notified training venue based on merit/reservation, subject to medical eligibility.

- No application fee is required to be paid by the candidates for CSL Diploma (Technician) Apprentice Recruitment 2022.
