Role and Responsibility
Make outbound/inbound calls to interested car dealers and set up successful appointments/shop visits.
Drive revenue recognition for relevant campaigns and maintain monthly performance.
Manage daily basic cleanings such as check-in and standby times and rest management
Switch and work on difference capture software (Ameyo & Lead Squared)
Meet call quality thresholds and provide customer service best practices.
Ability to articulate the brand to inform customers during the conversation.
