Eligibility Criteria In Media Monks Desktop Support Internship
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or recently dropped out of school.
Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and software applications.
Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP), and network troubleshooting tools.
Basic understanding of network infrastructure components (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to change.
Previous knowledge of technical support or internship is an advantage.
A relevant certification (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA) is preferred but not required.
Role and Responsibility In Media Monks Desktop Support Internship
Provide technical support to end users by diagnosing and solving hardware, software and network problems.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Assist in the management and maintenance of corporate network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Troubleshoot network connection problems and help solve network-related problems.
Work with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance, security, and reliability.
Helps you manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Support for software installation, upgrades, and fixes.
Provide guidance and support to end users in using software applications and IT resources effectively.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles.
