We are looking for an experienced II Project Manager who has a passion for working with platform teams. As a Project Manager and Chegg, you will be detail-oriented, solutions-oriented, and collaborative, bringing strong project management and Scrum Master experience to our cross-functional product development teams.
You are the one coordinating behind the scenes to ensure our major technical projects are executed. Our project managers must manage all the factors that determine the success of the project and team to ensure timely delivery, cost, and quality parameters. You’ll work from discovery to delivery, including resource management, dependency mapping, project plan planning and development, and project and team-level reporting.

Eligibility Criteria In Chegg Recruitment Project Manager
1-2 years experience in a technical project management role, preferably in engineering
Strong understanding of the role of engineering in an organization
Project Management Qualification (PMP) or equivalent
Knowledge of project management software such as Jira Software, Jira Align, and Smartsheet
Role and Responsibility In Chegg Recruitment Project Manager
Facilitate end-to-end scoping and assessment
Work with key stakeholders to manage the plan through to the product development project implementation process.
Oversee planning, project flow, dependency mapping, scheduling, and resource management from concept accepted to delivery for product development projects.
Manage the development, maintenance, and distribution of complex status reports to manage and communicate expectations and potential risks across the organization.
Identify problems and escalate them to management if necessary.
Facilitate effective and efficient meetings, including all daily scrum and stand-up ceremonies.
Raise and improve roadblocks to resolution and help identify and mitigate risks.
Gain visibility into team performance with agile tools and metrics. Track progress and share with the team. Use data to measure and monitor progress. (Burndown chart, etc.)
Involve multiple roles and stakeholders in critical discussions to build consensus.
Help identify external dependencies and assist Product Managers and Technical Managers in planning and facilitating team backlog support.
Act as a point of contact for project team members and communicate clearly and consistently the needs of the organization
You have a good understanding of project management principles and the appropriate agile methodologies and processes.
You have experience in leading product development projects
You have worked within a flexible framework.

You are flexible, tolerate ambiguity, and work efficiently.
You are self-taught and want to learn new skills, industries, and platforms
