Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or 1+ years work experience after completing your Bachelor’s degree; Requirements may vary by state or practice

Roles and Responsibility
- You will work in a team of typically 3-5 consultants to identify and often implement potential solutions to specific client problems or challenges.
- Together you will help customers to continuously improve their performance and achieve their most important goals.
- In each project, you collect and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations.
- You will also present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.
