Eligibility Criteria
- BTech/BE Information Technology/Computer Science degree/BCA or BSc Computing or equivalent practical experience with strong academic credentials
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance multiple priorities
- 0-18 months experience in technical support/customer service operations/troubleshooting/campaign optimization in any company
Roles and Responsibility
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
- Provide cross-platform support including chat, direct email, instant messaging, and telephone (voice calls).
- Be flexible to work in a 24×7 service environment as required by the business which may include night shifts and weekends
- Solve major technical problems, identify customer needs, and develop creative solutions to address them.
- Fast and independent resolution of incidents and escalations, with effective communication with all stakeholders internally and externally.
- Response and dissolution rates were maintained per the SLO definition;
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction score and adhere to a 95% quality standard at all times.
- Use existing problem-solving tools and techniques to identify the root causes of demand and provide customer-centric root cause assessments.
- Provide fast support to top customers and build a deep understanding of the most pressing customer problems.
- Contributing to creating and updating a supporting knowledge base, you will have a passion for learning and sharing knowledge
