As an Intern, Customer Service (Chat), here’s your opportunity to be a part of a new and exciting Chat function within the Client Servicing Team! The advantages of Chat Support are endless for both the client and the organization: the client gets a real-time response and this platform provides the CS Team an opportunity to influence the customers’ decisions, pitching our services and eventually influencing the bottom line for the organization.

- Have a service-oriented and customer-centric mindset.
- You should enjoy helping and using your communication, persuasion, and other people skills to achieve operational and team results
- Must be tech-savvy, proficient with various live chat software, and able to multitask. Have excellent written communication skills and knowledge to convey messages concisely
- You need to be able to think quickly, meet customers face-to-face, and improvise during conversations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
Experience
Fresher OR Previous experience of 6 months to 1 year in a customer support role
Roles and Responsibility
- Provide real-time customer support on various advanced chat platforms to convert inquiries
- Helps build customer trust in the Editage brand over competitors and increases conversion rates Adds the human factor to the customer’s shopping experience, thereby influencing repeat rates.
- Influence the sales of the organization by presenting our services to our customers via chat
- Identify website errors and offer solutions for them
- Identify business trends by monitoring customer feedback and sharing with key stakeholders.
- You will be expected to work 9-hour shifts
