Eligibility Criteria
Participate in the planning, developing, building, and testing stages of software development
Record issues in the issue-tracking system
Track and close issues entered into the issue tracking system
Visualize, articulate and decompose complex test areas into simpler parts (SQAE only)
Develop a customer-centric test plan
Setting up and maintaining a test environment
Role and Responsibility
- 1-2 years of experience in QA performing one or more aspects like functional testing, black-box testing, performance testing, stress & load testing, integration testing, automated testing etc.
- Should have worked on automation frameworks, Design and code Automation Frameworks that meet functional and business requirements.
- Good understanding of test case development
- Expertise in building test approaches and test cases for complex features
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communications skills (verbal/writing)
- Ability to perform under pressure
Preferred Skill
- Good understanding of the concept of the test
- Hands-on experience in scripting languages
- Candidates must be patient, thorough, and logical in their work and be able to prioritize assignments. Good problem-solving, analytical, managerial, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are also important.
- Must be a good team player.
