- 0 – 1 year experience in software development in one or more programming languages (eg Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- Master’s or Ph.D. in computer science or a related technical field.
- Experience in barrier-free technology development.

Roles and Responsibility
- Write code for product or system development.
- Participate in or lead design reviews with colleagues and stakeholders to decide between available technologies.
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, code reviews, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
- Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and customize content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
- Sort product or system problems and debug/track/resolve them by analyzing the root causes of problems and their impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
