As a Business Support Coordinator at Maersk, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to the commercial and operational teams in order to ensure that the company runs smoothly. You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including customer service, data entry, order processing, and logistics coordination. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking shipments, and communicating with customers and suppliers.

Eligibility Criteria

New students/applicants with a maximum of 4 years of professional experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Good command of MS Excel
  • Experience in customer contact
    -Ability to work with data and filter multiple sources of information to extract key messages.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for problem-solving
    -Attention to detail
  • Ability to strive in a fast-paced work environment

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work with Learning Management Services Coordinators in MT offices around the world to fulfill Learning Order requests
  • Work proactively with internal departments worldwide to ensure the main course availability information and order requests are uploaded to the required system in a timely manner
  • Liaison with administration and sales coordinators to ensure connection instructions are issued to customers in a timely manner with the correct information
  • Work proactively with MT centers around the world to improve our internal and external customer satisfaction through regular evaluation forms/feedback reports
  • Liaison with customers and internal stakeholders by providing availability reports, and sales reports and maintaining other accounting and financial records in the system
    Coordination with various stakeholders both internal and external
  • Place orders, check email, upload and request certificates
    -Building long-term relationships and stakeholder management

Preferred Skill

Focus on time management and meet tight deadlines

  • Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of English (written and spoken communication)
