Kotak Bank is looking for enthusiastic candidates for the job profile of Junior Acquisition Manager-RL SALES-Sales. This role provides a tremendous opportunity for candidates to join one of the leading banking services providers, in a top-tier customer-facing role.
Responsibilities
- Acquisition of New Client (NTB) through external individual efforts for Current Account, Savings Account Products of the bank. Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporates.
- Maintaining Avg Quarterly Balance
- Cross-selling of MF, Gold, Insurance, and asset products.
- Handhold acquired customers for the initial 3 month period to deepen relationship values before passing it to the Branch Banking team
- Conducts regular promotional and customer events to generate leads
- Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Cost Efficiency Through adherence to products, processes and regulatory requirements
Required Skills
- Should be well-groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities.
- Eager to grow and learn
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
- Competency in Building Successful Relationships
- Hardcore sales mentality. Primary motivation from the achievement of targets. A hunter by orientation.
Eligibility
The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline.
Experience
The candidate may be a fresher and at least 1-year experience in liabilities sales will be preferred.
Location
The location for this internship profile will be Pune, India.
