Eligibility Criteria
Candidate Should be Comp Science Engineering Degree/ MBA/Bachelor from top tier institutes. Distinguished performance at a top university.
Role and Responsibility
- Have employee NPS metrics. Work with the “Chief of Staff” to develop strategies to make the organization effective.
- Manage quarterly OKR and performance management system. Also advancing the same infiltration.
- Use analytics and data to drive the effective development of a) master hiring plans b) organizational models and structures and c) improve employee NPS. d) process improvement.
- Create an effective employee retention strategy to support the goals and vision of our human resources strategy and operations plans
- Work with leaders to develop their team’s people strategy and objectives.
- Dive deep into the drivers and levers of the business so you relate them to people’s strategies.
Preferred Skills

- Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to track multiple projects or priorities simultaneously.
- Very strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- The ability to influence people indirectly
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Highly energetic and driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.
