Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate programs (BCom, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc, MBA/PGDM).
- 50% limit – 10, 12, and graduation.
- There is no backlog or gap of years during your studies
- English and Hindi must be fluent
Role and Responsibility
- Provide technical support and ad hoc training to customers using the company’s products by responding to incoming requests.
- Ensure customers stay happy with the product by educating them about functionality and possible improvements.
- Assist product development and improvement by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and fix them with the Product Manager.
- Maintain excellent service standards and do our best to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Develop customer relationships that drive retention and loyalty, ultimately increasing customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
- Technical skills and ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
