Eligibility Criteria

Roles and Responsibility
Selected candidates start as a single contributor and work on a fledgling team to help spread Byju learning in your city. They will demonstrate Byju’s unique way of learning to students and parents and be in charge of mentoring and sales in their assigned area
Preferred Skills
You have an in-depth interest in and understanding of the Indian education sector.
- Interested in supervising and guiding students.
- Have sales talent.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Salary
Rs 25,000 Monthly
Other Details
All shortlisted candidates participate in a two-month training process under the Business Development Trainee profile, with a monthly stipend of Rs.25,000. Upon successful completion of the training, the candidate will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associate (BDA) for Direct Selling at (7+3 LPA).
