Job Title: Executive Trainee HRBP
Job Role:
BYJU’S is trying to find an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales HRBP. The incumbent is to blame for employee engagement, career development, and grievance management, attrition management initiatives. S/he is required to travel across offices occasionally.
The incumbent would have 3 months of coaching in Bangalore followed by which the situation is going to be assigned.
Job Location : Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
● Traveling across the region and meeting sales employees on an everyday basis
● Attrition management, employee grievance, and query management
● Implementing the worker engagement plan
● Support the team within the implementation and execution of company rules and policies
Candidate Profile:
Specifically, the candidate should have:
● MBA/PGDM (2018-2020) from Tier-2/3 B-School in HR or equivalent field
● Excellent people management and communication skills
● Smart and assured.
