The CFR team helps drive profitable business growth by reducing fraud risk and maintaining customer confidence in the safety of our products. It uses an ever-evolving range of tools and technologies to detect and fight fraud, minimize distraction to a good purchase, and provide a superior customer experience. The team leads efforts that leverage data and digital advancements to improve service and risk management, enable trade, and drive innovation. CFR is responsible for developing and monitoring statistical models to predict individual and business behavior such as credit risk, fraud risk, costs, and revenues. This model is used to drive key business decisions throughout the customer life cycle to manage risk and accelerate profitable business growth. Central to our growth as a companies are the tools and skills that ensure we take risks wisely and manage them in a sustainable way.
Experience
0-3 years of relevant work experience (Risk Management, Analytics).
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with trading portfolios and understanding financial reporting are added advantages.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with the flexibility and adaptability to work with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Ability to make sense of data, synthesize it into real-world meaning, solve business problems, and exchange ideas. Strong interpersonal, managerial, and influencing skills
