About the Zycus
Zycus was founded in 1998 by Mr. Aatish Dedhia. Dedhia had worked previously at Intel Corporation in the U.S. where he was part of the core design team on the Pentium-II processor and introduced Internet and Intranet technologies within the Pentium-II group for improving group work and knowledge management
Eligibility Criteria
- BE/BTech(Computer Science/Information Technology)
- 0-1 year experience in software development and support
- Qualification: BE(CS/IT) Must pass 2021/2022
- Knowledge of Linux commands. Knowledge of databases such as SQL/MYSQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL
- Programming and scripting knowledge will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of work incidents management systems such as Salesforce and JIRA
- Good conceptual knowledge of Java, Linux, and RDBMS is a must
- Good to have: LINUX certificate, JAVA certificate Very good knowledge of web-based technologies like JBOSS, Tomcat, Apache
Roles and Responsibility
- Support Zycus products and solve production environment issues
- Take responsibility for reported customer issues and raise issues to resolve
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve product issues
- Application Monitoring, Infrastructure Monitoring, Database Monitoring, and many more
- Updating apps like Jboss/Tomcat
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems and bash scripting
- Close cooperation with developers and Qcs in problem-solving
- Very good communication skills to interact with management and present incident summaries
- Work in all shifts (morning, afternoon)
- Weekend shifts apply as needed
