Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent communication skills,
- Ability to Empathize, pacify and handle Irate Customers with exceptional communication skills.
- Technical Knowledge in Troubleshooting Base Operating system issues and eager to learn New Technologies.
Roles And Responsibility
- Troubleshooting for Windows, Outlook, Teams, and Citrix. VDI, VPN, security applications, etc. via remote support
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and escalate issues to the supervisor as needed.
- Provide information about products and services to customers.
- Research the required information using available resources and propose solutions to customers.
- Investigate, identify and resolve customer complaints using appropriate software.
- Route calls and tickets to the right resources and domains that can properly support users.
