Through technical implementation, optimization, and key solutions, gTech Professional Services helps customers attain their business goals while building long-term capabilities.

As a Display and Programmatic Specialist, you’ll focus on driving media activation and campaign management across agencies and partners. You’ll build infrastructure and capabilities for an agency and drive media strategy with customers and agencies. You’ll act as the connection between the Campaign Management team and customers for current campaign performance, future programmatic strategy. You’ll proactively navigate multiple stakeholders, bridge organizational and structural gaps, and mobilize internal resources to deliver a seamless experience for agencies, partners and customers, on Google Display Ads (GDA) Display and Video 360 (DV360).

  • Be responsible for customer-level audits and needs assessments; analyze campaign management strengths/weaknesses and areas of opportunity to grow partner proficiency in Google Display Ads and Display and Video 360.
  • Act as a thought leader in introducing and driving new/advanced optimization and campaign management approaches on Google Display Ads and Display and Video 360.
  • Conduct ongoing media performance strategy management with trading leads agencies; work with them to illuminate partner-level insights around how optimization could be improved.
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors and in-market sales teams to drive growth plans of our large advertisers; develop and apply knowledge of the market for vertical and sub-verticals in solutions offered.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in account management and programmatic media.
  • 5 years of experience with managing digital advertising campaigns, including experience in online measurement, operations, ad networks, DSPs, digital video, programmatic media, and Google platforms (GDA and DV360).

3. Corporate Operations Engineer, Contact Center Platform

Technical support for a technology company is a big task. As a Corporate Operations Engineer, you are the go-to person for Googlers’ computer hardware and software needs, providing front-line user support for all of Google’s internal tools and technologies. You troubleshoot, respond to inquiries and find solutions to technical challenges. Beyond the day-to-day, you improve the Googler user experience by contributing to longer-term projects and documentation efforts. You are highly technical and are comfortable problem solving with multiple operating systems (like OS X, Linux, Windows) and a range of devices (including desktops/laptops, phone systems, video conferencing, and various wireless devices). You occasionally partner with various teams including security, networking, and infrastructure. You’re a fast learner and great communicator who can support the IT needs of global offices of all sizes and Googlers of varying technical backgrounds.

You improve the front-line user experience by providing on-demand user support for Google’s corporate users, resources, tools, and applications while also contributing to longer-term projects.

Contact Center Platform Support team is part of Google Corporations Engineering. The team is Google’s internal technical support team providing first-line support to Google Contact Center Agents. These agents provide 24×7 sales and support to Google Advertisers and users across the globe and this makes our function a critical support function.

This team is responsible to support 25K agents, providing real-time support reactively and proactively, collecting feedback about the platform and UI they are using, liaise with the Product Team to get these requests implemented, liaise with the Operations team to get resolution of issues and be the face of CCP.
