About the PhonePe

PhonePe is an Indian digital payment and financial technology company headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. PhonePe was founded in December 2015, by Sameer Nigam, Rahul Chari, and Burzin Engineer. The PhonePe app, based on the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), went live in August 2016. It is owned by Flipkart, a subsidiary of Walmart.

The PhonePe app is available in 11 Indian languages. Eligibility Criteria

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have good study skills
  • Be an active listener and handle objections well
  • You have a strong customer orientation and ability to adapt/react to various scenarios
  • Be a team player, flexible and open to feedback
  • Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize and manage time
  • Must be fluent in English and Hindi
  • Matura (10+2+3) is mandatory
  • 0 – 2 years of professional experience in a client role
  • Multilingualism (spoken + written) in South Indian languages ​​is preferred

Roles and Responsibility

  • Act with integrity and put the customer first in every interaction
  • Handle basic PhonePe account and transaction-related requests
  • Ability to switch between phone and data lines
  • Follow specific process guidelines to find a solution
  • Build customer trust through their interactions
  • Ability to meet hourly and daily productivity targets
  • Use internal processes and resources to drive solutions forward
  • Improve appropriately by getting support from the relevant team to solve customer problems
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Engage and educate customers to get the most out of PhonePe
