About the Paytm
Paytm (an acronym for “pay through mobile”) is an Indian digital payments and financial services company, based in Noida. It was founded in 2010 by Vijay Shekhar Sharma under One97 Communications. The company offers mobile payment services to consumers and enables merchants to receive payments through its QR code, point of sale, and online payment gateway offerings. In partnership with financial institutions, Paytm offers financial services such as micro-loans and buy now, pay later to its consumers and merchants. Paytm’s parent company, One97 Communications Limited, got listed on the Indian stock exchanges on November 18, 2021, after an initial public offering, which was the largest in India at the time.For the fiscal year 2021-22, Paytm’s gross merchandise value (GMV) was reported to be ₹8,500 billion (US$110 billion)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining assigned customer relations. Interact with the internal team to ensure every event runs smoothly and list marketing and payment initiatives.
- Contact person for all small/medium promoters for smooth and easy billing and documentation functions
- Responsible for processing and responding to inquiries. Manage incoming customer service requests
- Identify and assess the needs of the host/venue, collect feedback and share with relevant teams to achieve customer satisfaction
Salary
₹ 3.0 Lakhs to ₹ 9.0 Lakhs
